Farm...ing?
Hey, i'm sure this question has been asked millions of times but millions of pople, but after scouring page after page i can't find a trace of it....
I've been hearing people on GW talk about "Farm" or "Farming" as a way to get large ammounts of gold quickly. What the heck is it? Anytime i ask someone what farming is they usually go "Lol, n00b" and then don't reply afterwards. Little help here anyone? |

farming usually refers to killing a whole heap of creeps in pve by yourself, and with that, you get every drop they give, which is of course always better than killing stuff when in a party ...
most ppl "farm" certain spots with creeps more than once (usually even frequently), much like a field on a real farm :P |

If you don't have the build to be able to farm alone and survive, take maybe one hench or two, a healer and warrior usually work. That way drops will still be plentiful, and you can have some help doing it. Farming also includes the following
1.Selling all weapons and artifacts you find to merchants 2.Salvaging all found armor/gear drops 3.Expert salvaging any blue, purple, gold armor drops after being identfied for runes. 4.Keep in mind materials sell for good money so salvaging as mush stuff into materials is a good way to farm. |
